摘　　要：针灸推拿学专业人才培养模式存在着目标缺乏可操作性标准、办学状态较封闭、专业设置不合理等问题。提出培养应用型、复合型、外向型人才的目标,遵循传承与创新并重、科学与人文相融的思路,培养基础知识和技能扎实、具有实践和创新能力、兼顾人文和科学素质的人才。There were problems in talent training mode of specialty of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina, including shortage of operational standard, closed school-running situation, and unreasonable specialty setting. The paper posed the objective for training practical, integrated .and international--oriented talents, who with firm foundation of basic knowledge and skills, practical and innovation ability, and cultural and scientific attainments following the thinking of combination of inheritance and innovation, and science and humanism.
