摘　　要：从网络思想政治教育的含义和特点入手,通过对杭州电子科技大学(以下简称我校)学生网络使用情况的调查,指出高校图书馆进行网络思政教育的必要性,分析了图书馆所具有的优势,提出了图书馆网络思想政治教育的具体措施。Starting from the connotation and features of network-based ideological and political education,and through investigation of network usage of the students of Hangzhou Dianzi University,this paper points out the necessity of the network-based ideological and political education carried out by university library,determines the superiorities of the library,and puts forward some concrete measures for implementing library＇s network-based ideological and political education.
