摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆引进读者参与的必要性,阐述了大学生与教师两类读者参与高校图书馆的形式,介绍了高校馆读者参与图书馆的采访、流通及监督工作中的具体实践。This paper analyzes the necessity of introducing readers’participation into university library,describes two forms of the participation of two kinds of readers（students and teachers）in university library,and introduces the concrete practice of readers’participation in library＇s acquisition,circulation and supervision.
