摘　　要：阐述了医学院校图书馆开架阅览的优点以及在开架阅览管理中发现的一些问题,提出了解决这些问题的具体办法,以鼓励读者参与图书馆的管理。This paper discusses the advantages of open-shelf management and some problems existing in open-shelf management of medical college’s library,and puts forward some concrete methods for solving these problems in order to encourage readers to participate in the management of the library.
