摘　　要：针对如何确保和提高图书馆管理人员的工作质的问题,提出了具体的解决办法,指出制定《图书馆管理人员工作标准》是基础,有效的监督机制是关键,严格的考核制度是保证。In the light of how to guarantee and improve the service quality of librarians,this paper puts forward some concrete solving methods,and points out that the formulation of the working standards of librarians is the foundation, effective supervision system is the key,and strict examination system is the guarantee.
