摘 要:为了比较菜油、豆油、花生油、猪油、油菜籽对花(Pelteobagrus fulvidrac)生长的影响,选用均重(17.42±1.24)g花225尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼。在室内循环养殖系统中,分别投喂5种油脂源的饲粮养殖61 d。结果表明:豆油组、猪油组和花生油组花的体重和体长特定生长率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率、蛋白质沉积率和能量保留率均显著优于菜油组(P<0.05),且对鱼体品质无显著不良影响;豆油油脂在肠系膜、肌肉的存储量较其他组高;猪油油脂有在肝胰脏、肠系膜积累的趋势;油菜籽的总体养殖效果显著优于菜油的结果,尤其是体重特定生长率提高了22.22%、而饲料系数降低了14.28%(P<0.05);花的必需脂肪酸需求同时包括C18∶2n-6和C18∶3n-3,但对C18∶2n-6的需求要比C18∶3n-3更重要。因此,豆油、花生油、猪油均可作为花饲料很好的脂肪源,在饲料中直接使用油菜籽可以获得显著优于菜油的养殖效果。In order to compare the effects of dietary lipid sources on growth of Pelteobagrus fulvidrac, five experimental diets containing respectively rape oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, lard and rapeseed were fed to 225 fish with initial mean weight of (17.42 ± 1.24) g which were allotted to five groups, and three replicates in each group of 15 fish in each replicate. The trial lasted for 61 days. The results showed that the specific growth rate, feed conversion rate, protein efficiency rate, protein doposit rate and energy retention rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were better for soybean oil, peanut oil and lard groups than those of the rape oil group (P〈0.05). And soybean oil, peanut oil and lard did not affect the meat quality for Pelteobagrus fulvidrac. The storage of the soybean oil in the mesentery and the muscle was higher than that of the other groups. There was the accumulation trend of the lard amount in the hepatopancreas and the mesentery. The overall effect of rapeseed on Pelteobagrus fulvidrac was significantly better than that of rapeseed oil, especially the specific growth rate of body weight of Pelteobagrus fulvidrac in rapeseed group increased by 22.22%, and feed conversion ratio decreased by 14.28% (P〈0.05). The experiment also showed that both C18 : 2n-6 and C18 : 3n-3 were dietary essential fatty acids for Pelteobagrus fulvidrac. In fatty acid metabolism, the requirement of Pelteobagrus fulvidrac for C18 : 2n-6 was more than that for C18 : 3n-3. In conclusion, soybean oil, peanut oil and lard were appropriate dietary lipid sources for Pelteobagrus fulvidrac. Pelteobagrus fulvidrac fed the diet containing rapeseed gained better growth performance than that of rape oil.
