摘 要:本试验旨在研究日粮酪氨酸水平对1~4周龄泰和乌骨鸡生产性能、血清及组织中游离酪氨酸含量和组织黑色素含量的影响。选用1日龄泰和乌骨鸡270只,随机分成6个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,饲养至4周龄。6个处理日粮酪氨酸水平分别为0.38%、0.58%、0.78%、0.98%、1.18%和1.38%。结果表明:随日粮酪氨酸水平的提高,泰和乌骨鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量提高,料重比降低,当日粮酪氨酸水平为1.18%时平均日增重达到最高、料重比达到最低,1.18%水平组平均日增重极显著高于其他各水平组(P<0.01),其料重比极显著低于除0.78%水平组和0.98%水平组之外的其他各水平组(P<0.01);泰和乌骨鸡血清及组织中游离酪氨酸含量随日粮酪氨酸水平的提高而提高,当日粮酪氨酸水平为1.18%时游离酪氨酸的含量达到最高,且极显著或显著高于其他各水平组(P<0.01或P<0.05);泰和乌骨鸡组织中黑色素含量随着日粮酪氨酸水平的提高先增加后降低,心脏、肌肉、皮肤中黑色素的含量在1.18%水平时达到最高且与其他各水平组差异极显著(P<0.01);而肝脏组织中黑色素的含量在0.98%水平达到最高,也与其他各水平组差异极显著(P<0.01)。由此可知,在一定的酪氨酸水平范围内,提高日粮酪氨酸水平可提高泰和乌骨鸡血清及组织中游离酪氨酸含量、组织中黑色素的含量和生产性能。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary tyrosine levels on performance and dissociative tyrosine contents in serum and tissues and melanin contents in tissues of Taihe silky fowls aged from 1 to 4 weeks. A total of 270 1-day-old Taihe silky fowls were randomly allotted to 6 groups with 3 replicates of 15 birds each and were raised to 4 weeks of age. The birds in 6 groups were fed diets with tyrosine levels of 0.38%, 0.58%, 0.78%, 0.98%, 1.18% and 1.38%, respectively. The results showed as follows: the average daily gain (ADG) and the average daily feed intake (ADFI) of Taihe silky fowls increased with the increasing of dietary tyrosine levels, and the feed to gain ratio (F/G) of Taihe silky fowls decreased with the increasing of dietary tyrosine levels, and when dietary tyrosine level was 1.18%, ADG was the highest and F/G was the lowest. ADG in 1.18% group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P〈0.01), and F/G was significantly lower than that in other groups except 0.78% group and 0.98% group (P〈0.01). Meanwhile, the dissociative tyrosine contents in serum and tissues increased with the increasing of dietary tyrosine levels, and when dietary tyrosine level was 1.18%, the dissociative tyrosine contents were the highest, and significantly higher than those in other groups (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Moreover, the melanin contents in tissues increased firstly and decreased afterwards with the increasing of dietary tyrosine levels, and the melanin contents in heart, muscle and skin in 1.18% group were the highest, and significantly higher than those in other groups (P〈0.01), but the melanin contents in liver in 0.98% group were the highest and significantly higher than those in other groups (P〈0.01). In conclusion, in a suitable range of dietary tyrosine level, the dissociative tyrosine contents in serum and tissues, the melanin contents in tissues and performance of Taihe silky fowls could increase with the increasing the dietary tyrosine l
