摘　　要：新农村建设时期,农业、农村经济发展需要构建一个与金融需求相匹配的,政策性金融、商业性金融、社区性金融、合作金融、民间金融等多种金融机构并存的,多元化、多层次、广覆盖、竞争性的农村金融服务体系。农村金融体系的功能和效率是实现金融支持农村经济发展的关键。文中重点探讨了我国农村金融体系的功能状况、成因及其功能重塑的路径。In the new rural construction time,the construction of a multi-level, diverse, wide in coverage and competitive rural finance service system matching financial demand and in which many kinds of financial organizations coexist, including policy-type, commercial, community-type, cooperative and nongovernmental finance is needed. The function and efficiency of rural finance system are the keys to the realization of finance＇s backing rural economic development. The paper explores the ways to the function conditions, reasons and function reconstruction of the rural finance system in our country.
