摘 要:石粉对水泥硬化的影响,可归结为化学效应和物理效应。以研究石粉的物理效应机理为出发点,在测试石粉对水泥湿堆积密度影响的基础上,通过公式计算可得在不同石粉与水泥比例时,粉体混合物密实度的变化,并采用Marsh筒法进行了验证。试验结果表明,在获得最大密实度时,不同岩性石粉与水泥的比例分别为:石灰岩石粉为10%,石英岩石粉和花岗岩石粉为5%。这对揭示石粉的物理填充效应和指导石粉做掺和料时的掺入比例具有重要的意义。Effects of aggregate micro fines on hardened cement are ascribed to chemical effect and physical effect.The mechanics of physical effect of aggregate micro fines was used to starting point.Solidity ratios of powder mixture including aggregate micro fines and cement by different proportions were calculated by formula after the effect of wet packing density of aggregate micro fines on cement was measured.The varying rule was proved by method of Marsh tone.The results show that the proportion of limestone powder is 10 percent,and proportions quartzite powder and granite powder are 5 percent when solidity ratio of powder mixture is biggest.It has important meaning for explain mechanics of physical effect of aggregate micro fines and guiding the mixing proportion of aggregate micro fines.
