摘　　要：设计了一种工作在S波段,频带宽度为400MHz,平均占空比≤10%;脉冲宽度≤200μs的有源相控阵雷达T/R组件。该组件采用模块化设计思想,将功率放大模块,接收模块和电源模块整合在一块铝合金板上,通过合理的布局,优化电路结构,并采用强迫液冷的散热设计,保证了组件的性能指标满足设计要求,而且具有体积小,重量轻,结构紧凑,可靠性高的特点。This paper describes the design and fabrication of an active phased array radar T/R Module which operates over S-band at a duty of 10 percent and with a pulse width of 200 μs,bandwidth of 400 MHz for radar application.The module is based on modularized design concept through assembling the power amplifier module,receiving module,power supply module on one aluminum alloy board.With reasonable arrangement,through optimizing circuit configuration,and liquid forced cooling thermal design,the performance of module meets the target of design,meanwhile the module is characterized by small volume,light weight,compact structure and high reliability.
