摘　　要：主动外排是铜绿假单胞菌耐药的重要机制,在众多的主动外排系统中,以RND型最为常见。通过总结近年来发表的文献,现对铜绿假单胞菌RND型外排系统的结构、底物、流行病学、抑制主动外排等方面进行综述。Active efflux is the primary antibiotic-resistance mechanism that exists in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Among various active efflux systems, resistance-nodulation-division （RND） efftux pump is the most common type.This paper aims to summarize the recent published articles, and review the structure, substrates and epidemiology of RND efflux pump in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and available inhibitors.
