摘　　要：β-内酰胺酶的产生是细菌对β-内酰胺抗生素耐药的主要机制。SHV型超广谱β-内酰胺酶在革兰阴性耐药菌中普遍存在,并通过不断的点突变,拓宽了酶活性谱或增强了耐受β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的能力。现就SHV型超广谱β-内酰胺酶研究进展作一综述。The most important mechanism of resistance to β -lactam antibiotics is the production of one or more β-lactamases. Prominent among the β -lactamases produced by the Enterobacteriaceae is the SHV family. With the accumulation of point mutations, derivatives of SHV type β -lactamases have an extended spectrum of activity and/or are resistant to β -laetamase inhibitors. This review describes the advancing of SHV extended broad spectrum β -lactamases.
