人口密集型城市住房建设问题与对策——以昆山市为例

摘　　要：江苏省昆山市位于上海市与苏州市之间，人口密度达到2136人／平方公里，是我国人口密集型城市之一。城市人口密集和城市住房建设有着密切的关切，解决好城市住房建设问题，不仅能满足人民群众对住宅的需求，而且能产生缓解通胀、增加有效供给、带动相关产业发展，激励工业生产、提供更多的就业机会、刺激消费并形成新的消费热点等多重效应，对促进城市经济持续快速发展具有十分重要的现实意义和战略意义。Kunshan City (in Jiangsu Province) is located between the cities of Shanghai and Suzhou. Its population density achieves 2136 persons/ square kilometer, so it is one of thickly populated cities in China. Dense urban population closely concerns with the urban housing construction, so the well resolution of urban housing construction problems not only can meet the masses’ need towards residences, but also can produce the multiple-effect like easing the inflation, increasing the effective supply, promoting the development of related industries, encouraging industrial production, providing more employment opportunities, stimulating consumption and forming new consumption hot spots. It has very important realistic meaning and strategic meaning toward the promotion of sustained and rapid economic development of cities.
