摘 要:新中国成立初期,干部队伍存在着整体文化水平偏低、理论素养不高、执政能力有待进一步增强等突出问题。为了解决这些问题,党和国家采取了多种措施加强干部教育培训,并在此过程中创造了一些好的方法,积累了一些成功的经验,这些方法和经验对于当前开展的干部教育培训具有重要的历史借鉴意义。There were a number of conspicuous problems with the contingent of cadres as a whole just after the founding of New China:they had a low level of education and poor theoretical qualities and their governing capacity needed to be improved urgently.In order to solve these problems,the Party and state adopted a variety of measures to strengthen the education and training of these cadres. In the process some very effective methods were created and successful experience accumulated.These methods and experience are still of great reference value for the education and training of cadres today.
