血清Ⅳ型胶原与血清总胆汁酸的检测在肝病中的意义

摘　　要：本文报告了在各型病毒性肝炎患者血清中检测Ⅳ型胶原纤维和总胆汁酸的结果.本文提示,血清Ⅳ型胶原纤维与肝纤维化的程度密切相关,对于判定肝损害的程度,估计预后有重要意义,总胆汁酸可以较好地反映肝细胞坏死和肝实质损伤,与ALT等生化指标有互补作用.The type IV collagen and total bile acid in serum of patients with viral hepatitis were detected . Thype IV collagen was closely related with lever fibrosis, and has great importance in judging the progress of liver damage and assessing the prognosis. Total bile acid detection could reflect the necrosis of hepatocytes and the damage of liver parenchyma. It has supplementary action with ALT each other.
