菊藤胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠血浆及肾组织C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的研究菊藤胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠血浆及肾组织C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将30只雄性自发性高血压大鼠分为菊藤胶囊组、卡托普利组、空白对照组,分别给予药物灌胃1月后,取血采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清CRP水平,并采用免疫组织化学观察肾组织CRP的表达。结果与空白对照组相比,菊藤胶囊组和卡托普利组大鼠血压及血浆CRP含量的升高均被抑制,CRP在肾组织的表达降低。结论菊藤胶囊可以降低自发性高血压大鼠血浆及肾组织CRP水平,其机理可能是通过减少炎症反应实现的。Objective： To study the effect of Juteng Capsule on C - reactive protein（CRP） in plasma and renal tissue of spontaneous hypertensive rats （SHR）. Methods： 30 male SHR were randomly divided into： the Juteng Capsule group, the captopril group and the control group. After 1 month of intragastric administration, the level of plasma CRP was measured by ELISA and the level of renal tissue CRP were measured by immunohistochemistry method. Results： Compared with the control group, the improvements of CRP in the plasma and the renal tissue were inhibited in the Juteng Capsule group and the captopril group. Meanwhile, the CRP expression in the renal tissue was de- creased. Conclusion： Juteng Capsule could decrease the CRP level in the plasm and the renal tissue by degrading the inflammatory reaction.
