摘　　要：目的观察头痛宁穴位贴剂治疗瘀血型偏头痛的作用机理。方法选用清洁级Wistar大鼠制造血瘀证模型,随机将大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组及贴剂组,用放免法测定各组大鼠血浆中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)水平。结果模型组大鼠血浆中TXB2水平和T/K比值明显高于空白对照组,6-Keto-PGF1α水平明显低于空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义;贴剂组血浆中TXB2水平和T/K比值较模型组明显下降,6-Keto-PGF1α水平较模型组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义。结论头痛宁穴位贴剂治疗和预防瘀血型偏头痛发作的机制可能与调节血浆TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α水平,改善血管的舒缩状态,促进血液循环有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of the Toutongning Acupoint Patch （TAP） on migraine with Blood stasis syndrome. Methods： The clean Wistar rats, established the blood stasis syndrome model, were randomly divided into three groups as the blank group （with no production of model and no treatment）, the model grout） （ with production of model and no treatment）, the patch group （with production of model and treatment）. The TXB2 level and the 6 - Keto -PGF~ content in the blood plasma were measured by radioimmunological method for all groups after experi- ment. Results： There were some statistical differences. Compared with the blank group, the TXB2 level and the TXB2/6 -Keto -PGF~ content in the blood plasma of the model group are significantly higher and the levels of 6-Keto-PGF1α are significantly lower. Compared with the model group, the TXB2 and the TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α in the blood plasma of the patch group are degraded obviously. The levels of 6-Keto-PGF1α are remarkably in- creased. Conclusion： The therapeutic mechanism for TAP to treat and prevent the attack of migraine with blood stasis is related to regulate the ITXB2 level and the 6-Keto-PGF1α content in the blood plasma, improve the vasomotor condition and activate the blood circulation
