胃安散对幽门螺杆菌感染阳性治疗作用分析

摘　　要：目的:观察胃安散对幽门螺杆菌感染阳性的治疗作用。方法:对照组90例口服甲硝唑、阿莫西林、果胶铋,治疗组90例口服胃安散。结果:中医症状总有效率治疗组95.56%、对照组82.22%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),中医单项症状疗效治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组中医症状积分及单项症状积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃安散对幽门螺杆菌感染阳性有治疗作用。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Weiansan on positive helicobacter pylori infection. Method ： 90 eases were treated with oral metronidazole, amoxicillin and bismuth pectin as the control group while 90 eases were treated with oral Weiansan as the study group. Result ： The total effective rate on the symptoms in TCM of the study group was 95.56% while that of the control group was 82.22%. There were very significant difference betweent the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effect of the study group on single symptom was superior to tat of the control group obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the TCM symptom score and the single symptom score of the control group, that of the study group had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Weiansan has therapetic effect on positive helicobacter pylori infection.
