摘 要:研究石膏晶须对纸张强度性能的影响,并得出石膏晶须用作纸张增强材料时的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,适当加入石膏晶须,纸页物理强度可明显提高。当石膏晶须加入量低于10%时,纸页各项强度均有一定程度下降;当加入量高于10%时,纸页各项强度随加入量的增加而升高,石膏晶须在针叶木浆及阔叶木浆中的加入量分别为35%和25%时,纸页各项强度达到最大值,继续加入石膏晶须纸页强度则逐渐下降;石膏晶须用于纸张增强时,针叶木浆的最佳打浆度为55~60°SR,阔叶木浆的最佳打浆度为50~55°SR。通过使用扫描电子显微镜对加入石膏晶须前后的纸页结构进行对比分析,初步探讨了石膏晶须的增强机理。This article discussed the influence of plaster whisker on paper strength and obtained the optimum technological con-dition. The results showed that paper strength increased by suitably using plaster whisker, paper strength decreased with the dosage of plaster whisker lower than 10% and increased with the dosage of plaster whisker higher than 10%, paper strength was maximum when the dosage of plaster whisker is 35% in softwood pulp and 25% in hardwood pulp, the best beating degree is 55-60°SR of softwood pulp and 50-55°SR of hardwood pulp. Tile structure of paper with plaster whisker and paper without plaster whiske was studied by mean of SEM used scanning electronic microscope, and the strengthening mechanism of plaster whisker was discussed.
