摘 要:目的:观察实验性高血压大鼠及原发性高血压(EH)患者的血浆肾上腺紧张素(ADT)水平变化,方法:用特异性放射免疫法测定血清ADT含量,结果:两组实验性高血压大鼠平均动脉压(MAP)及左室指数(LVI)明显高于对照大鼠,而血浆ADT水平则低于对照大鼠,59例EH患者血浆ADT水平(101.43±4.18ng/L)亦明显低于对照组(166.93±5.07ng/L,P〈0.001)随着病期的加重。Objective: We studied the plasma level of adrenotensin (ADT) both in experimen-tal hypertensive rats and in essential hypertension patients. Methods: The plasma concentration ofADT were measured by specific radioimmunoassay. Results: The mean blood pressure (MBP) andleft ventricular index (LVI) of experimental hypertensive rats were higher than those of controlgroups, while the plasma ADT level was lower than those of control groups; The ADT plasmalevel of 59 patients was lower than those of control group (101.43±14.18 ng/L vs. 166.93±5.07ng/L, P<0.001), and was well correlated with the severity of the clinical stages. There werestatistical significance among groups which divided by clinical stage (F=74.29, P<0.001 ), orwhile compared with any two groups (P<0.01). Conculusion: ADT and ADM (13~52) have op-posite effects, these kinds of reverse changes may be the phenomena of intermolecular regulation,and the compensatory mechanism by which the body maintains the self-regulation.
