摘 要:从频率稳定、电压稳定、功角稳定和动态稳定性的角度出发,全面研究了海南电网与南方主网联网对海南电网安全稳定的影响。联网后对海南电网的潮流和短路电流影响不大,海南电网的频率稳定性得到显著改善,电压稳定性有所提高,功角稳定性有所降低;联网后增加了海南相对于主网的振荡模式,可是其阻尼满足动态稳定要求;主网发生严重故障,可能导致海南电网频率或功角失稳;海南电网的运行方式改变,将对系统的稳定水平产生一定影响。综合各种稳定情况,联网后海南电网的稳定水平得到了提高,研究成果将为联网后电网的生产运行提供重要的依据和参考。From different viewpoints of frequency stability, voltage stability, transient stability, and dynamic stability, influence of the power grid interconneetion between Hainan and China Southern Power Grid on Hainan Power Grid was analyzed in detail. The power grid interconnection has less influence on power flow and short circuit currents of Hainan Power Grid; and the frequency stability of Hainan Power Grid is remarkably enhanced, voltage stability is improved to a certain extent, however, transient angle stability is decreased; the frequency or angle stability may be caused by severe faults on the main power grid. The power grid intereonnection brings a new low frequency oscillation mode between Hainan and the main grid, and its damping ration meets corresponding regulation, operation conditions may influence the stability of Hainan Power Grid. The conclusion is that the stability of Hainan Power Grid is enhanced after the power grid interconnection, which will give important guidance and reference to the operation of Hainan Power Grid after the interconnection.
