摘　　要：介绍《变形铝及铝合金铸锭及加工制品缺陷第三部分:变形铝及铝合金板、带缺陷》国家标准的制定过程、原则和主要内容。提出了该标准实施过程中的几点建议。Regarding the wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, sheets and coils defects, Part 3 of the national stand- ard wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy ingots and products defects, this thesis introduced its making process and princi- ples, main content, put forward some suggestions on the standard implementation as well.
