摘　　要：对2A12铝合金板材加工成形过程中局部出现裂纹的原因进行了研究,金相与能谱分析证明由于金属内部组织中存在氧化夹杂物,在板材轧制过程中形成夹杂分层,导致板材加工变形时因应力集中而开裂。并从熔体炉内精炼处理、在线净化等方面提出了解决措施。Processing of 2A12 aluminium alloy sheet forming process of the partial cause of the cracks of the study results show that the defects and deficiencies in internal organization, and metallographic analysis and spectrum of internal organiza- tion as- a result of the existence of oxide inclusions in the sheet rolling the process of the formation of a mixture of stratified, resulting in the deformation process due to stress concentration and cracking. To deal with from the furnace, on-line purifica- tion of the solutions put forward.
