摘　　要：以近期中国电力市场发展目标──开放发电侧的电力市场为前提，分析了电网商业化运营管理与调度系统的结构组成、系统特性及配置，并根据中国电力工业的基本国情和计算机、通信技术水平，提出了具体的实施方案，指出其技术关键包括庞大的数据处理、可靠的网络通信、综合决策管理及系统标准化和开放性。According to the objective of electricity market opening on generation side in China. the characteristics and configuration of electricity marketplace operation management and dispatching system are analysed in this paper. Based on the present situation of power industry and application level of computer and communication technologies in China. the implementation scheme is also described. The key technologies of the proposed system include the massive data process.reliable network communication. decision making support and standardization.
