摘 要:用Li2CO3和EMD高温合成得到的尖晶石(LiMn2O4)作阴极活性材料,与Li配对做成试验电池,充电容量达130mAh/g,放电容量为110mAh/g,显示LiMn2O4有较好的充放电性能。对热解苯碳(PyC)、处理的人造石墨(TAG)、天然石墨(NG)和玻璃碳(GC)进行研究,发现TAG有较好的充放电性能。用LiMn2O4做阴极活性材料,TAG做阳极活性材料,组装成AA型锂离子蓄电池,初始放电容量为540mAh,以0.2C(100mA)恒流放电,60mA恒流充电,电池循环寿命已达200次。The spinel manganese oxide (LiMn 2O 4) material were prepared by heat treating the mixture of Li 2CO 3 and EMD at high temperature.A test cell was presented by using the spinel LiMn 2O 4 as cathode active material and Lithium as anode active material.The first charge capacity is about 130mAh/g, discharge capacity is about 110mAh/g. The spinel LiMn 2O 4 have excellent charge/discharge performance. Pyrolytic benzene carbon (PyC), treated artificial graphite (TAG), natural graphite (NG) and glassy carbon (GC) were preliminarily studied. TAG exhibits excellent performance. The AA size Lithium ion battery can be assembled by using spinel LiMn 2O 4 as cathode active material and TAG as anode active material. The first discharge capacity is about 540mAh which discharged at 0.2C (100mA). The cyclic performance of a typical AA size cell was more than 200 cycles which discharged at 0.2C (100mA) and charged at 60mA as charge current.
