摘 要:探讨了苯乙烯(St)-丙烯酸(AA)原位乳液聚合法包覆CaCO3形成耐酸性微胶囊的工艺条件,包括单体的滴加方式、反应温度和时间、引发剂用量、理论材芯质量比[m(St+AA)/m(CaCO3)]、m(AA)/m(St)等.确定了最佳包覆条件:先将100mL蒸馏水溶解的引发剂过硫酸铵全部加入到反应容器中,然后滴加单体[(St+AA);m(St+AA)/m(CaCO3)为0.7,m(AA)/m(St)为0.5]、引发剂过硫酸铵[w(过硫酸铵)为0.6%(对CaCO3质量)],90℃包囊化反应12h.在此工艺条件下制备的CaCO3微胶囊耐酸率达到56%左右,数均粒径在1μm左右.The technology conditions of formation of acid resistant microcapsule by polystyrene (St) and acrylic acid (AA) in-situ emulsion polymerization wrapping CaC03, including the monomer dropwise manner, reaction temperature and time, the initiator dosage, the theoretic mass ratio of core material [m(St+AA)/m(CaC03)], mass ratio of monomer m(AA)/m(St). The optimal technology conditions were obtained: initiator ammonium persulfate dissolved in 100 mL distilled water was added into the reaction container, then monomer St+AA were dropwised, m(St+AA)/m(CaC03)=0.7, m(AA)/m(St)=0.5, the relative mass fraction of ammonium persulfate to CaC03 was 0.6%, polymerization was carried out at 90 ~C for 12 h. The acidproof rate and the diameter and its distribution of mi- crocapsule were measured. Under the optimum condition, the acidproof rate of prepared CaCO3 microcapsule was about 56% and the number-average diameter was about 1 μm.
