摘  要:该文介绍了耐电压测试仪的工作原理以及自动检测系统的软硬件设计。其中耐电压测试仪校验仪以16位微处理器为核心,14位ADC进行模数转换,DSP数字信号处理器读取数字量进行计算和处理,最后通过显示电路显示测量结果。具有较强的抗电磁干扰性、高准确性和稳定性及长期工作的可靠性。软件系统采用方便快捷的C++Builder语言编写,从而实现集过程自动检测、数据自动处理与报告自动生成于一体的自动检定系统。系统运行效果良好。This paper introduces the principle of withstand voltage tester and the hardware and software design of withstand voltage tester calibrator automatic measurement system. Hereinto the withstand voltage tester calibrator take a 16-bit microprocessor as core, 14-bit ADC based,supported by other external circuit such as DSP (digital signal processor). It has a strong high resistance to electromagnetic interference, accuracy and stability and long-term reliability. The efficient C + + Builder software language is used, thus achieving measurement, data processing and report generation automatically. The system has been proved to work well for daily work. Automatic measurement of withstand voltage tester is the first case in the province, which is of great technical and economic values.
