摘  要:以白油为溶剂,溶解纺制超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)冻胶纤维,并选择低沸点烷烃为萃取剂,研究了UHMWPE冻胶纤维除油率的影响条件及因素,进而讨论了纤维除油率对成品性能的影响,并首次提出了纤维手感的表征方法。结果表明:纤维的除油率随干燥速度的增加而降低,随干燥温度的升高略有增加;萃取强度大、温度高、浴比大,则随时间的延长,冻胶纤维的除油率增加;而且,冻胶纤维除油率高,成品的强度、模量高,手感较好,黏结性相对也好,同样的使用条件下蠕变小。The domestic mineral oil is employed as the solvent for gel-spinning of UHMWPE, the alkane of low boiling point is used as the extractant. The rate of oil-cleaning conditions and factors influencing fiber performance are discussed. Moreover, the softness of fibers is first mentioned and characterized. The results show that the rate of oil-cleaning of fibers decreases while increasing drying speed and it slightly increases while increasing the drying temperature. The rate also increases while increasing extracting intensity, temperature, time and the ratio of the extractant to the solvent. What's more, the tenacity and modulus of products become better with the increase of the oil-cleaning rate. And the softness of fibers and the cohesive property of products are better too. The creep rate is small at the same condition to use. words.
