摘　　要：运用录像观察、数理统计和文献资料等方法,对竞技健美操女单一级新旧技术等级规定动作进行对比研究,找出其发展变化的规律,旨在为今后女单健美操的训练提供参考依据。By using the methods of documents, video observation and statistics, this article comparatively analyzes the old and new compulsory of the Grade A woman single competitive aerobics, and fins out its developing and changing disciplines in order to provide some reference for the training of woman single.
