摘  要:针对沥青混合料部分结合式双层梁层间结合系数难以获得的问题,采用理论分析的方法推导出部分结合式双层梁层间结合系数的计算公式。利用相应的双层梁弯曲试验测试计算公式中的相关参数,反算出层间结合系数,最后由实例计算出层间洒铺1 kg/m2、2 kg/m2粘层油对应的部分结合式双层梁层间结合系数分别为0.348、0.406。结果表明,通过理论分析与试验模拟相结合的方法,求解部分结合式双层梁层间结合系数是可行的,且反算出的层间结合系数可以作为部分结合式双层梁层间处理效果的评价指标和最佳层间粘层油用量的判断依据。In order to obtain the interfacial bond factor of semi contacted bi-layer asphalt mixture beam, the theoretical analysis method was applied to deduce the computational formula for semi contacted bi-layer asphalt mixture beam. The reasonable bending test was designed to measure the relative parameters in theoretical formula, and on the base of measured results, the interfacial bond factor of semi-contacted bi layer beam was calculated. At last the interfacial bond factors, of the semi-contacted bi layer asphalt mixture beams with bonding oil contents of 1 kg/m^2 , 2 kg/m^2 were respectively calculated out to he 0. 348 and 0. 406. The research indicates that: it is feasible to calculate the interfacial bond factor of semi contacted bi-layer asphalt mixture beam by the method of theoretical analysis combining with test simulation. The interfacial bond factor calculated can be used as the index for evaluating the interface treatment of bi layer beam and the basis for selecting the optimal bonding oil content between layers. 2 tabs, 3 figs, 8 refs.
