摘  要:为使轴系破坏事故调查、寻找转子大不平衡振动摆脱困境,历经近20年的研究,查明了引起轴系破坏的转子各种大不平衡振动原因及形成机理。在阐述研究结果的同时,分析了国内5起破坏原因最为复杂的毁机事故。研究结果表明,造成轴系破坏的大不平衡振动原因有,转动部件飞脱、转轴碰磨、转轴刚度降低、扭矩冲击,其中转动部件飞脱引起的瞬态响应和扭矩冲击产生的大不平衡振动造成毁机事故机理,在国内外尚属首次提出。对查明轴系破坏真正原因和提高机组振动故障诊断水平有较大的帮助。In order to undermine the shaft damage accident and to find the large imbalance, after 20 years of research, it can be identified that the damage formation mechanism of the vibration caused by the rotor shaft of large imbalances. In this paper, study of the big imbalance in the rotor vibration reason is showed, the five major domestic shaft damage accidents is also analyzed, as a result, identify the real cause of the shaft damage. The research shows that the reason of the shaft damage due to large imbalance is caused by spinning off parts, shaft rub, shaft stiffness reduce and the impact of torque. It is first time to point out that the damage formation mechanism of the transient response caused by spinning off parts and vibration of large imbalances produced by the impact of torque in domestic. This research is more helpful to identify the real reason of the shaft damage accident and to improve the vibration fault diagnosis.
