摘　　要：独立学院的目标是培养应用型人才,案例教学和独立学院的培养目标相一致。本文对独立学院财务管理案例教学的必要性、选择案例的原则、案例教学如何组织以及应注意的问题等方面进行了探讨。All independent colleges＇ cultivating aims are to develop the practical talents, so the case teaching and independent colleges have the same aims. In this paper, the necessity of case teaching, the principles of case teaching options, the ways of case teaching organization and the problems of case teaching are explored.
