重组人表皮生长因子联合烫疮油治疗小儿Ⅱ度烫伤创面疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)联合烫疮油治疗小儿Ⅱ度烫伤创面的临床疗效,为小儿烫伤提供一种良好的创面治疗方案。方法将我院2008年1月—2009年7月收治的100例Ⅱ度烫伤患儿随机分为2组:实验组50例采用早期清创+外喷重组人表皮生长因子+烫疮油治疗,对照组50例在早期清创基础上单纯外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗。结果实验组创面平均愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.01),细菌培养阳性例数少于对照组(P<0.05);且实验组愈合后瘢痕增生不明显。结论重组人表皮生长因子联合烫疮油治疗小儿Ⅱ度烫伤创面可大大缩短疗程,减少患儿痛苦,促使创面早日愈合,且减少愈合后的瘢痕增生。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） combined with Tangchuang oil on burn wound in children with sore Ⅱ degree scald, so to provide a good method for treating for pediatric burn wound. Methods 100 cases of child patients with Ⅱ degree scald treated by our hospital from January 2008 - July 2009 were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group including 50 cases was treatment with early debridement ＋ rhEGF nebulized outside ＋ Tangchuang oil. Control group including 50 cases were treated with rhEGF in external application only based on the simple debridement. Results The average wound healing time was shorter and and bacterial culture-positive cases were less in experiment group than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Scar hyperplasia after healing in experiment group was not obviously. Conclusion Treatment with rhEGF combined with Tangchuang for burn wound in children with Ⅱ degree scald can greatly shorten the course of treatment, reduce pain, promote wound healing and reduce scarring after healing.
