摘 要:通过对两种不同相对分子质量高密度聚乙烯的共混体系动态流变行为研究,探寻了共混物的动态流变行为随组分含量、温度、频率的变化规律,并通过共混物流变行为讨论了相形态变化特征。研究结果表明,由于HDPE的多分散性,共混体系的流变行为偏离经典的线性粘弹性理论模型,而且由于相对分子质量的不同,HDPE6098的动态模量和复数黏度均远大于HDPE2911,共混体系则处于两纯样之间,呈现递变趋势。随着频率ω的增加,纯HDPE及其共混物熔体的复数黏度η*均呈下降趋势,表现出典型的假塑性流体的流动特征。两种HDPE的共混体系在不同温度的熔体均为均相结构。The dynamic rheological behavior of blends of two HDPEs with different molecular weight was studied by the dynamic rheology test to explore the effect of composition, temperatures and frequencies, and the liquid-liquid phase behavior was discussed. The results show that: (1) the theological behavior of the blends is departured from the classical linear viscoelastical theory due to the polydispersity of the used HDPEs; (2) the dynamic moduli and the complex viscosity of HDPE6098 are much larger than that of HDPE2911, resulting from the different molecular weights, while the values of the blends are between the two pure components and show a gradual change; (3)with the frequency increasing, the complex viscosity of the melt of the blends reduces, showing the charaeteristic of a pseudoplastic flow; (4) the melt of 2911/6098 blends at different temperatures is all homogeneous from the rheological results
