宫旁神经阻滞麻醉用于早孕人工流产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫旁神经阻滞麻醉用于早孕人工流产的临床效果。方法回顾性分析,分别将采用宫旁神经阻滞麻醉下人工流产手术,传统人工流产手术和药物流产三种方法终止妊娠的早孕妇女分成三组,每组80例,观察三组流产过程中腹痛情况,阴道流血时间及完全流产率等指标。结果宫旁神经阻滞与传统人工流产相比,手术时间短,术中疼痛轻,出血少。在术中疼痛程度,术后出血时间方面同传统人工流产组及药物流产组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全流产率达100%,未发现并发症。结论宫旁神经阻滞麻醉终止早孕,简单易行,手术时间短,疼痛轻,术后出血时间短。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the use of parametrium nerve block anesthesia during abortion. Methods The patients were derided into three groups： abortion using parametrium nerve block anesthesia group, traditional abortion group and medical abortion group with 80 cases in each group. The abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and the rate of complete abortion was observed and compared among the three groups. Results Comparing with the other two kinds of traditional abortion, using pagametrium nerve block anesthesia during abortion could save time and relieve abdominal pain as well as reduce bleeding significantly（P〈0.05）. And the rate of complete abortion was 100% without any obvious complications. Conclusion using parametritun nerve block anesthesia during abortion was a good choice considering its easy operation, time saving and pain relief.
