摘  要:考察了Mg2+、Mn2+、丙烯酸/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烯磺酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物(AA/AMPS/HPA)和氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)抑制CaCO3沉积的协同效应;采用协同系数确定了协同作用较明显的区域,运用经典的均相成核理论解释了抑制机理;利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射技术表征了CaCO3的形貌和晶型。结果表明,在AA/AMPS/HPA+ATMP的质量浓度较低(低于14 mg/L或10 mg/L)时,Mg2+、Mn2+、AA/AMPS/HPA和ATMP共存体系对CaCO3的协同抑制作用明显,协同系数均大于1。杂质离子及有机抑制剂对CaCO3的抑制作用,缘于混合体系提高了CaCO3析出时的表面自由能和结晶活化能。混合体系使CaCO3沉积物形貌发生强烈的变化,CaCO3的晶型从单纯的方解石转换成以球霰石为主的晶型。The synergistic effects of Mg^2+, Mn^2+, polymer acrylic acid /2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid /hydroxypropyl acrylate (AA/AMPS/HPA) and aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid (ATMP) on the inhibition of CaCO3 precipitation were studied. The obvious synergy regions were confirmed according to the synergistic parameters. The inhibitory mechanism was discussed according to the light of homogeneous nucleation theory. The crystal of CaCO3 was characterized by means of SEM and XRD. There were good synergistic effects on CaCO3 inhibition in the presence of combination of Mn^2+ or Mg^2+, AA/AMPS/HPA and ATMP with lower concentration of AA/AMPS/HPA+ATMP (lower than 14 mg/L or 10 mg/L). The synergistic parameters were more than 1. The inhibition effect of ion impurities and organic additives on CaCO3 might result from the increasing of surface free energy and activation energy. The regular shapes of CaCO3 crystals were changed obviously in the presence of impurity ions and organic additives, that was, the crystalline form of CaCO3 transformed from calcite into vaterite.
