摘 要:根据压气式断路器的操动机构和灭弧室间的相互关系,建立了联合模拟数学模型,计算研究了液压操动机构及灭弧室对压气式断路器运动特性的影响。由此得出,改变操动机构的排油节流孔直径是获得不同开断特性的有效途径,使“智能操作”成为可能。用本文数学模型及方法计算的结果与实验结果较吻合,有较好的通用性和实用性。According to the relationship between the operating mechanism and the arc extinguish chamber of the puffer circuit breaker, their mathematical model is developed, and the influence of hydraulic mechanism and chamber on the moving characteristic of puffer circuit breaker is studied. Therefore, adjusting the diameter of the drain oil gate of operation mechanism is an effective way for obtaining various breaking characteristics. So it is possible to realize the 'intelligent operation'. The calculation results are accordance with the experiment results; it is shown that the model is more universal and practical.
