摘  要:以丁二酸和正辛醇为原料、环境友好型磷钨杂多酸为催化剂、甲苯为带水剂,合成了丁二酸二辛酯。采用均匀设计法设计实验,考察了醇/酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量和反应时间对丁二酸酯化率的影响。经单因素实验优化得到的最佳工艺条件:醇/酸摩尔比3.1,催化剂和带水剂用量分别为酸质量的1.2%和70%,反应时间3 h。在较佳工艺条件下,丁二酸酯化率达99.27%。同时建立了该酯化反应的表观动力学模型,得到了相应的反应速率方程。Dioctyl succinate was synthesized from succinic acid and n-octanol, by using environmentfriendly phosphotungstic acid as catalyst and toluene as azeotropic agent. Effects of molar ratio of n-octanol to succinic acid, amounts of catalyst and azeotropie agent and reaction time on the esterification rate of suecinic acid were investigated according to uniform design. The optimal reaction conditions optimized by single-factor experiment were that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 3.1, the amounts of catalyst and azeotropie agent were 1.2% and 70% by mass of acid respectively, and reaction time was 3 h. Under these conditions, the esterification rate of suecinic acid could reach 99. 27%. At the same time, the apparent kinetics model for esterification of suceinic acid was established, and the equation of reaction rate was obtained.
