摘　　要：介绍了铝合金发动机缸体的压铸成型和铝合金水冷双层排气管的消失模铸造成型工艺过程中的关键核心技术、铸造的质量问题及其处理措施。Described die-casting die molding process of the aluminum alloy engine body. The key technology and the casting problems quality and the treatment measures of aluminum alloy water-cooled double exhaust pipe lost foam die-casting process were introduced.
