摘  要:为研究鸡卡氏杆菌引起输卵管囊肿的病理学变化,对9例自然感染病例进行症状观察,病理剖检,并采集气管、肺脏、输卵管和卵巢组织,从组织中提取基因组DNA,采用卡氏杆菌属特异性引物,用PCR方法成功扩增出卡氏杆菌目的基因;经PCR鉴定的卡氏杆菌阳性病料经甲醛固定,梯度乙醇脱水,石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察。结果表明:呼吸道的病变主要在黏膜层,黏膜上皮细胞脱落,固有层内毛细血管充血,炎性细胞浸润;输卵管主要表现在膨大和子宫的黏膜层有大量炎性细胞浸润,且黏膜上皮分泌细胞的细胞核破裂。输卵管的病变可作为该病病理诊断的重要指征之一,为阐明该病的输卵管特征性病理变化及进一步探讨其发生机制奠定了基础。In order to observe the histopathological changes of the layer Gallibacterium anatis, target genes were amplified by PCR from genome trachea, oviduct and ovary of nine birds infected naturally, using oviduct cysts infected DNA extracted from genus-specificity Gallibacterium anatis, and the Gallibacterium anatis PCR positive samples were fixed in the formalin and dehydrated with gradient alcohol. The paraffin sections were made and stained with haematoxyylin and eosin, then were observed by light microscope. The results showed that Gallibacterium anatis mainly induced exfoliation of the mucosa epithelium cells of inflammation cells oviduct and in up-respiratory tract, as well as nucleus of secretory cells broken in1 be one of the important diagnosis points of the disease hyperaemia of cortex capillary and infiltration inflammation cells in mucosa of magnum and ) small pieces. This pathological changes could which laid the foundation for elucidating the characteristic pathological changes of oviduct and the development mechanism of the disease.
