摘  要:采用熔融接枝法制备了接枝聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料,从工艺条件方面分别考察了反应温度、混炼方式、加料次序及膨润时间等因素对产物力学性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度为175℃,采用粉料直接混合,PVC先与增塑剂(DOP)混合,然后加入固体助剂,最后加入溶有引发剂(DCP)的接枝单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的加料顺序且膨润时间为0h的加工工艺,接枝共聚产物具有最佳的力学性能。Grafted PVC resin was prepared by melt grafted copolymerization. The effect of reaction temperature, mixing methods, sequence of appending components, and swelling time on mechanical properties of the PVC copolymer was studied. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of the PVC copolymer were the best when the reaction temperature was 175 ℃ by mixing directly with powder, PVC was firstly mixed with plasticized agent DOP, then input solid additive, finally mixed with grafting monomer methyl metharylate (MMA) dissolved with initiator (DCP) and the swelling time was 0 hour.
