摘 要:本试验用中药替代抗生素,研究中药对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡1500只,随机分成3组,每组500只。空白对照组不添加任何药物(第Ⅰ组);中药组按试验设计添加中兽药(第Ⅱ组);西药组添加抗生素(第Ⅲ组)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在2、8、22、32、42周投药,每次从星期一至星期五连续投药5d。试验发现,中药能提高产蛋率(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低料蛋比(P<0.05),改善鸡蛋品质。试验结果表明,中药能促进蛋鸡消化吸收,降低饲养成本,提高饲料转化率和经济效益,在蛋鸡生产中用中药替代抗生素添加是完全可行的。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine substitute to antibiotics on productive performance of layers. 1 500 one-day-old chicken were randomly divided into three groups and appended with Traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics form Monday to Friday in the 2,8, 22,32 and 42 week as Ⅱ and Ⅲ ,the control group as Ⅰ. The result showed that traditional Chinese medicine can make the mean egg production rate increase (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01), the feed/egg rate reduce (P 〈 0.05), and improve the quality of eggs. The result indicated that traditional Chinese medicine can promote digestion, reduce feeding cost and increase the feed conversion ratio and economic benefits in layers, and can substitute for antibiotics in the layer production.
