摘  要:以尼卡巴嗪为原料,纯化水为溶媒,利用胶体磨采用分散法成功研制出尼卡巴嗪混悬液,并对制剂进行了稳定性研究。所有参试样品的外观性状、沉降体积比、再分散性、相对含量等指标均无明显变化,表明该制剂稳定性良好。试验了尼卡巴嗪混悬液对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的疗效。结果表明,对经口一次人工感染1.0×105个/只柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊的雏鸡按100kg饮水中分别添加100g/L尼卡巴嗪混悬液25、50、100mL的剂量混饮连续给药5d,其保护率均达100%,抗球虫指数分别为189.7、189.9、184.2,属高效抗球虫药。Nicarbazine suspension was developed successfully by using colloidmill to suspend the nicarbazine in purified water. The nicarbazine concent of preparation samples was determined by spectrophotometry. The preparation was carried on a stability experiment. At the end of the test,all programs,such as color, the ratio of settling volume, redispersibility, content, had no significant changes. The experimental results indicated that the suspension was stable. The anticoecidial efficacy of 100 g/L nicarbazine suspension was studied in chicks artificially infected with Eimeria tenella of 1.0 × 10^5 orally per chick. Results demonstrated that 100 g/L niearbazine suspension administrated at 25, 50 and 100 mL/100 kg water in chicks for 5 days provided excellent protection against E. tenella, with protective rate of 100%. The experiment indicated that nicarbazine suspension is a highly effective anticoccidal drug. Anticoccidal indexes of the drug at 25, 50 and 100 mL/100 kg water were 189.7,189.9 and 184.2, respectively.
