摘　　要：急性时相蛋白APP是与感染性炎症紧密相关的一类特异性蛋白。近年来,大量的研究表明,CRP、SAA、PCT、HP、AAG、CER、Eg、PA、leptin、ALB、P-FN等多种正负性急性期蛋白与感染性炎症均具有显著的相关性,且比检测体细胞、血沉、酶活性与含量变化等方法更加准确和可靠,可作为感染性炎症的炎症标志物。Acute-phase proteins （APP） are specific proteins that closely related to inflammation and infection. In recent years, a large number of studies shown that CRP, SAA, PCT, HP, AAG, CER, Eg, PA, leptin,ALB,P-FN and many other positive and negative acute phase proteins were significantly correlated to infection,and more accurate and reliable than other method, in detecting infectious inflammation, such as the detection of somatic cells,ESR,enzyme. It can be used as inflammatory markers.
