摘 要:比较了木麻黄劈接和芽接2种嫁接方法对接穗成活率的影响,并研究了木麻黄属植物3个种的木麻黄种内和种间嫁接亲和力的差异。结果表明,切接法和劈接法的嫁接成活率分别为93.3%和75.6%,切接法的成活率显著高于劈接法,切接法更易操作且效率更高;木麻黄3个种的种内和种间嫁接的成活率没有显著差异,说明木麻黄属植物有较高的嫁接亲和力,这为建立木麻黄嫁接种子园提供了技术保证。Effects of 2 grafting methods ( cleft & bud grafting) on survival rate for scion of Casuarina equisetifolia were com- pared. Differences of graft compatibility among different species within Casuarina equisetifolia genus were studied. Result shows that: survival rate of cut & cleft grafting method is 93.3% & 75.6%, respectively; cut grafting method whose survival rate is significant higher than that of cleft grafting method can get higher efficiency and be operate more easily; in- traspecific & interspecific grafting survival rate of 3 species of Casuarina equisetifolia have no significant difference. It shows that Casuarina equisetifolia have higher graft compatibility. Technical assurance was provided to set up grafting seed orchard for Casuarina equisetifolia.
