摘　　要：城市商业银行的跨区域经营正面临着难得的机遇,但也迫切需要解决人才短缺和风险加大的问题。因此,城市商业银行的跨区域经营要根据实际,区域选择定位要准确,积极寻求跨区域经营的模式突破,而且应该重视人才的储备和风险的控制。The trans-regional operation of urban com mercial banks is facing a rare opportunity, but also an urgent need is to address the problems of talent shortage and increased risk. Thus, trans-regional operation of urban commercial banks selects position accuracy, actively seeks breakthrough model, but also should pay attention to talent reserves and risk control.
