摘　　要：金融衍生证券自其产生以来,在金融市场得到了广泛的发展和应用。它凭借其显著的特征和功能,能够克服许多传统金融工具的弊病,更好地为投资者控制风险和盈利。因此,本文从金融衍生证券的特征和功能出发,对金融衍生证券在投资基金中的应用进行研究,并提出证券投资基金金融衍生证券业务风险控制的建议。Financial derivative securities has been widely developed and applied in the financial markets. It by virtue of its significant features and functionality be able to overcome many of the shortcomings of traditional financial instruments and better control risk for investors. Therefore, this article from the financial derivative securities characteristics and function of the financial derivative securities investment funds, do some research of financial derivative securities application in securities investment funds, and put forward recommendations of derivative securities business risk control.
