摘　　要：LED显示屏是应用越来越广泛的新科技产物,文章阐释的便携式外观设计和运用VB语言编写的LED显示屏系统的上位机程序既可以很好地减少LED显示屏的硬件成本,又能方便地适用于不同的场合.Display screen of LED is an increasingly used new product of science and technology. The article attempts to describe the appearance design of portable LED and the design of programming of upper machine compiled by VB language on display screen system of LED. Thus, the new scientific product will definitely reduce the hardware cost of display screen of LED and be conveniently applied to different situations.
