放射粒子植入治疗口腔癌的护理和防护

摘　　要：目的:探讨放射粒子组织间近距离植入治疗口腔癌的护理防护方法及疗效。方法:对48例口腔癌患者实施125I放射粒子植入术。术前对患者进行心理护理,术后进行防护知识的指导。结果:48例手术顺利,无1例发生粒子移位,住院3-5天顺利出院。近期随访3-12个月无1例复发和转移,因时间原因,远期随访尚无结果。结论:系统的术前及术后护理和防护是降低手术并发症,提高疗效的有力保障。Objective： To investigate the protection method and efficacy of nursing for radioactive seed implantation in treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor. Methods： 48 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor were implemented treatment of radioactive seed implantation. The patients were treated with preoperative psychological care and given postoperative guidance of radiation protection. Result： 48 patients had successful surgery. None of the cases occurred radioactive particle displacement. The Patients discharged after 3 to 5 days. Recent follow-up 3 to 12 months, none of the cases of recurrence and metastasis. Due to time reasons, no long-term follow-up results. Conclusion： Combination of systematic pre-and postoperative care and radiological protection guide is a strong guarantee for reducing surgical complications and improving surgical treatment efficacy.
