摘　　要：个人创业是一个国家增强经济活力的重要手段。没有新创立的企业填补老企业死亡留下的空间,就不可能有国家的经济繁荣。个人能力作为一种稀缺资源需要通过创业教育进行有效配置。我国作为一个劳动力大国,通过个人创业尤其是创办微型企业成为缓解就业压力的重要手段。Individual business is a way to strengthen the economic activity of a nation. Without a new enterprise to fill up the space which the outdated enterprise has left, the nation will not have economic prosperity. As a kind of insufficient resoume, individual capability needs to be configured by entrepreneurship education. Our nation is a large one which has abundant labour force. The foundation of individual businesses, especially the minisize enterprises, have formed a significant way to alleviate employment pressure.
